Resumen
El presente articulo tiene como objeto ofrecer algunas reflexiones sobre el impacto que genera la Crisis Mundial en las estrategias de sostenibilidad de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial en Venezuela, desde el enfoque de la planificación acción, así como también ofrece un análisis de los daños irreparables que pueden causar a las organizaciones las practicas inadecuadas de acciones sociales que responden sólo a los intereses de un grupo de actores y a la falta de incorporación de políticas, normas y procedimientos de acción claras, que no se relacionan con los objetivos y metas de la empresa. Para ello se realizó una revisión documental con el propósito de conocer las opiniones emitidas por autores especialistas sobre el tema en cuestión.

Abstract
This article aims to offer some thoughts about the significant of impact the global crisis on sustainability strategies of Corporate Social Responsibility in Venezuela, from the action planning approach, as well as an analysis of the irreparable damage that can cause to the organizations the inadequate practices of social actions that respond only to the interests of a group of actors and lack of integration of policies, standards and clear procedures for action, not related to the objectives and goals of the company. This literature review was conducted for the purpose of ascertaining the views expressed by authors specialists on the subject
